SureStandby collects the contact and property information you choose to submit when requesting a generator consultation, including your name, phone number, email address, community, preferred date and project details.
How requests are used
We use that information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a generator project, schedule consultations and provide relevant customer service. Form submissions may be delivered by a third-party email delivery processor configured by the site operator. We do not sell your form information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries only as needed for responding, business records and legal obligations. Online transmission and storage have inherent risks. Do not include sensitive financial, medical or identity information in the message field.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by replying to the business communication you received. This page will be updated when a public contact email or postal address is established.
Website data
Basic web hosting logs may include browser data, time of access and IP address for security and site operation. This site does not configure behavioral advertising or third-party analytics by default.
